White Mountain is from NH & has been around for around 25 years. They were purchased by Arguss in the last 2 years. Arguss has a website

Arguss appears to be a well managed corporation & White Mountain has always been pretty reputable.
I don't have a lot of info on Fiber Optic Services. I do know they were sharing a job with White Mountain & there was significant monkey-wrenching {lug nuts stolen from trailers, nails driven into feeder reels} against the Wt Mtn subs.
As for EPIC I have no info whatsoever.
