GO 95 is from California OSHA. It is more detailed than "general cable knowledge". It specifies the application of guard arms, distance between holes, spacing & loads on cross arms.
2 years ago I was able to order a copy through Builder's Bookstore Inc. which was local to me in MA & either moved or closed shop.
So try Amazon.com or California OSHA. Or see if there is a bookstore that caters to the building trades in your area.
