hmmm. I guess if the feds can sue the state then turn about is fair play. Regardless of if illegal immigration is right or wrong, if the facts support that those people are doing damage and the feds are responsible for international borders, and they don't enforce those borders and say the state can't, then doesn't that make them responsible for the damage caused?
I find it funny that the state has less than 7 million and 5 million live in Phoenix and surrounding communities.
