My contract just said FTS which is a sister company of Nexlink, Southwest Telecom, and Advanced Communications. I got a check either from Southwest Telecom in Dallas,Tx or Advanced Communication in Pennsylvania. When it came time to get my retainage, Reggie from Nexlink said he wasn't giving it back because Nexlink lost money on that job because they didn't bid it correctly. I was like tough shit.
