I would like to add that it is not just in satellite they are pulling this trick, It is happening in cable also. I.E.  Comcast and thier "employee based" employment. So dont feel like you are alone guy. All of here are getting the shaft.  As always I suggest a political party to make teh congress look at the monopoly the MSO's have.  Stay strong and let some green guy work deal with the stupid processes of teh company.  If all cable dawgs ban together and do this we may be able to change things. Until then we are just blowing hot air.
