Well who,may I ask, is in charge of oversight? Who is suppose to be looking at the books? Who is suppose to collect the taxes on the profits made? And who isn't doing all they can while they are hiring more IRS agents to make sure we are paying our fair share and then some? That would be the government. They don't have to allow this to go on but they do. So ultimately it is the gov's fault that these people are getting away with what they are.
