When you get your stock have the manager or who ever gives you is sign off on a dated inventory sheet and make sure you keep backups somewhere. Keep a list of all your jobs by there number and take pictures of all your work then if the try to back charge you on it you have something to fight with. You might also make some sort of form up that the customer can sign stating that they are satisfied with your work and that you have explained how everything works and everything is in working order. That way you have something to fight with if they try to back charge you for s service call after the installation.
None of that may do any good but if they realize that you are documenting your work they may be a little less quick to start back charging you.
