Carolinas low voltage test isnt nothing more than a scam a sham a means of revenue for the state its so far off topic and irrelevent to the subject it insures you must take it at least twice to study irrelevent material not related to low voltage or safe installation proceedures. Its the very essense of whats killing America its a scam that makes the little man pay and pay till he caint afford to eat for paying red tape. The fat mans always dancing while the thin man pays the band.
