Used to legal here before Mcarther came during ww2. There are many photos of the Japanese royal family with cannabis plants in the background. Now however, anyone caught with it is given a mandatory 3-6 month jail sentence and then they look at your family, if anyone knew that you were using it or had possession of it and did not tell then they get to go to jail also. I believe its called guilty by association here. Way to keep on the straight and narrow.
