Alchemy is when you are gtting paid more to steal the customer away from compnaies like AT&T, FIOS, Direct, Dish, and and other overbuild cable company.

BAU actually means "business as usual" the true meaning would be all the customers that aren't alchemy or signing up a customer that doesn't have another active service.
