Did he know the inception of the 90 volts from Ma Bell and the Central Office and the development of Telephony? Headend to 90 volts at each power supply to the change in technology to VOIP? Would you like to change your answer now? Can you tell me which format each company involved uses and an indepth view of how this IS Possible? It is more involved than a change order or change of service at a DeMark location or NID or Protector. Can you tell me from point A to point C how this happened?
