You just gotta ask around,

There is a requirement...then there is enforcement.........then there is license by other names..tradesman, home improvement, contractor etc. Within that are state to state insurance issues and business standards. SBCA is not a standard to hang on the wall without others, like an HS diploma and a birth certificate. IF you paid an HSP for that or others..KaKu certified?....just do it!
