This is what I got from my conctact from the technical dept. at Motorola.
Sorry, Joe50, I do not have any suggestion, except to say that the Return Hybrid may be starting to fail and eventually does, I can't explain the high number.
Did this Customer buy the MB's complete with Return Amps or did he have to install them separately?
I can't think of what mechanism would cause such a large number of units to fail.

He did have a few return amp. that went bad, but far from your number.
