I dont think you have options once you left.
Heres a plan....
If you decide to leave, "DONT TELL ANYONE"
If your at the end of a pay period or begining how ever you get paid, plan it out.
Take a week off or the plane old MY TRUCK TRANSMISSION WENT.
This is a good one many of techs use it. You got the week off and get your check and turn all your stuff in minus a few fittings and wire just in case you need an outlet somewhere.
Now if you left most primes let there supervisors steal your retainer and QC fail all your jobs as a form of punishment and trust me everyone sees it and thinks its not going to happen to them.
Just stick a supervisor with a route no show on his ass. Your checks gone.
You say ill do this or that but in the end your left paycheckless.
