I do not support bush and I felt as though he gave money to the rich when the no so rich people needed it.  I do not think it was racist to do that.  I think it's elitist. What you fsil to recoqnize is that you and I are not rich enough to make a difference that way. So Bush;s congrats to mile brown was not racist oh maybe not, I just remebered that Bush was an average student. He just supidly put his foot in his mouth.
