Here is a little research project for ya, look up which political party has had control of Detroit for the last oh say 40 years.
Detroit, like many other major cities do have two political parties in control, the Democrats and the F.B.I. Prove me wrong.You can't but lets see you try. I don't know where your from but I'm from the rust belt and I witness the Democrats handy work daily. Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Ashtabula. It is trashed and no amount of gubment money is going to fix it. It's done, gone, finished. Period. All as a result of politics. You do the research and enlighten us all as to who the problem is.
As far as what sab said, yes we gave them millions after we wiped them of the map, but look at what they have done with it. We didn't build all of that, and Democratic thought certainly didn't get that city to where it is today.
