Tarp 2 is a modification of tarp one. Obama has to honor the contract. So where did the money go when bush was in power or any president for that matter. At least Obama did have the decency to vreate a way to follow the money; did bush? Every term has spemy money that we do not know where its is or where it was spent. I'll tell you where the money went; to all the big companies, the lobbist, the poek projects like all aminustrations. So now why do you want to complain about t now. It;s always been like that. Gov is Gov whether Obama, Bush, Cater, Clointon, the wars, oversea to help develop other contries. It had always been gov as usual. Obama is not doing anything that other presidents have done; spend our money.
You now have a program that will let you track the money. You put this question forward as if you were asking the same question of BUsh? Why ask now that Obama is president? He is not doing anything that all presidents have done, but you want to ask where the money is now. We should have been asking that for the last 12 years ubder the Bush's, maybe you didnt care when it was Bush.
I do not condon any president stealing money. No I may not know where all the money is, but I choose to spend my time concentrating on getting money for myself and not worrying about money that I will never see. I do know where 300 dollars of the federal stimulus went; IN OUR POCKETS. With your questions I am sure you did not spend or accept your check, lol.
