yep but do you know what it means? It means only parts were served an injunction until the trial. That is all. It was expected to have the whole thing have an injunction. It doesn't mean the feds have won........only a temporary injunction not to perform some of the law. That is all. I was expecting you to post this. What took you so long? Oh and "some residents in Phoenix agreed..........." well we already knew 'some' did. But not 80 percent...........lol
