Tell em Rone lol!  We cable guys could take a few lesson from the NAACP when cable dawgs want to start a union.  We should have that knid of resolve to get our issues in the biz net. So Sabre see NAACP is not racist but should be an inspiration for those who are scared to start a union and be black balled.  Change wont come easy and Freedom is not free.
