I agree with you goodsky, Ive seen it many times also our side of the industry. A company name will speak for itself. If guys would take a little pride in what they do and realize they dont get paid to go back and do a job twice, they wont have to worry about lack of work. I have been in the industry for 16 years now and have never had a problem finding work, even as a Contractor. Your name will follow you. This industry is huge, but its a small world out there.
