I have just ben ripped off in the same way. i worked for a company as a sub for over 3 years and he pulled out with no notice at all, owing me over 2800.00 for 32 jobs completed. He told me he would pay me in 7 to ten days when he got a finalazation sheet etc..it has been over a mnth and he hs changd all of his phone numbers etc..I prepard and served STOP NOTICE on the main site of the Satelite Company. Haven't heard anything. I have now served him with a demand for payment in 10 days then off to small claims curt I guess.
