I knew I had fucked up going inhouse for them when at orientation, the safety man told me about the no climb policy. I actually said outloud: "What the hell, whoever heard of not being allowed to climb." From there it just got progressively worse with the glorified installers they have in System Manager Positions. Fuck: The damn Service Techs that worked under me only had to work it to the tap: And all but one never went that far most of the time: Which made the maintanence order easy to fill just by replacing a couple 6 connectors. Same old shit: Different companay name. The shirts have the wrong people runnin' shit, sittin' around all day watching the numbers on the spreadsheets.
Hey, What's going on Rusty? Hot out there in Texas. Let me jump on that short bus with you. How much are you gettin' for tower work now. Antenna and coax: a little over 600 ft.
