Gotta whole system designed that way with Japanese outlets (strip the center conductor and screw it on the outlet) each one of these things is a dc-8 and before I can think about offering advanced services I have to change out the whole run. Before you say "rewire the whole building" let me tell you all the conduits are encased in concrete. And there was no ryme or reason on how some of these places were designed. I have gotten pretty good over the years putting american fittings on this cable and fitting dc's behind the outlets, which until recently were not offset, but when the chance arises and they remodel I fight tooth and nail to make everything new home run. These guys still dont get the concept though. Go figure most advanced technological country in the world and friggin cavemen at the helm.
