Experts are saying the $89 billion tarp program had positive effects on the economy and is being payed back by the companys it helped, and that Obamas $787 billion stimulus program designed to create jobs and jumpstart  economic growth so far shows no effect, and will have to be payed back by our children and grandchildren. Tarp was a $89 billion loan and Obamas stimulus was a $787 billion giveaway. Theres a difference.
