It's all one big effin joke considering Comcrap used to pay underground contractors good $$$ to bury from ped to residence. Now they want to have the walking wounded they pay nothing to bury CIC with no locates ? I can just see the damage claims for sprinkler systems, dog fences, telco lines, gas lines, and eventually power lines getting fragged by the goat herders that now install cable.
