Wow, all the above answers are sort of right, but keep it simple; all Corp to Corp means is a company, say TWC or DTV is looking for a sub company to do work, normally they want some one that has atleast 10 techs, has nothing to do with the company being incorporated, you could be a partnership, sole owner or a LLC,
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
