my understanding is corp to corp - we were offered a job doing some high voltage placement and the prime could not sub the work out per their contract so they wanted our crews to attend thier safety training then go on thier payroll for minimum wage and then bill footage after cable placement then they deduct the hourly rate from the footage invoicing.
