ummmm..... if your a sub to a sub....So say Comcast contracts ABC company to do their installs,they are the contractor/Prime
Then they sub it out to DEF Co. They become the sub,
They in turn sub it to you, now you are a sub - sub,
Like Splicer said, and in that case Sdelnay, they do not have to be incorporated, (at least in Fla)
