Did some checking and what I was told today is as long as the OSHA guy showed his ID identified himself to you, there really isnt much you can do about him not wearing a vest and stuff. The best thing to do is appeal it and try to get the fine reduced, you are gonna pay something regardless. FUCKIN OSHA!
