mine1 i have spent the majority of my career in cable COVERING peoples asses and never kissing any of them. any comcast contractor you work for is gonna be a circus to some extent because they work for the ringley brothers of the cable business - TA DA  - "comcrap"  comcast changes the rules as they go and they know they can - that is the problem - not the contractors. 

i could sit silent as people dog a good company, but i cant see doing that when the company does what they can to do right by their techs. some people will just never be happy what so ever. my advice for those with issues in the install and cable biz in general is get out and find a different trade because it takes some very thick skin to deal with this biz and apparently all the gripey ones in here dont have the skin or backbone it takes to do this job.
