You need to make sure your port settings are correct and that the baud rate is the same. Open up the data center and go to config and look under ports. Make sure it is 19.2K then check the meters baud rate in the 'general' section and set it. Some times you have to make sure the usb port is set to the same as the port the 'config' says it is using as well if you are using a usb to serial adapter..........you can pm me and I will give you my number if you want me to try to talk you through it.
