Just talked to the local underground contractor with Comcast and he heard that Comcast was looking to take bids for locates because Consolidated was to high.  They didn't know any details but if you are interested in finding out more info, stop by the Ranson office and ask for the super that handles underground.  He might be able to point you in the right direction.
