I understand your not understanding. Are you in AZ? I was there for about a year and the crime by illegals is not reported by national news. But local news does report some of it. It is extensive. Also the gov (feds) doesn't want to handle the illegals turned over by the state. It isn't a special law, it is the same law as the feds (who aren't enforcing it) and states have a right to protect their borders if the feds won't. I hope you also know that illegal entry is a crime. Oh and if the border is open, terrorists can just come right in. But until something happens that you can see from your house maybe you won't care. Dui's by illegals is common. Kidnappings in AZ especially Phoenix was almost a daily occurrence while I was there. They run drugs through the border. Do you want more of that? They kill people trying to stop their criminal trespass. Do people want people just coming into their house whenever they want? No? Same thing.

I guess from your other post that you are being sarcastic here.........hehe.
