the funny thing about this is that the feds are suing them as early as today. But in Texas just driving I hit inspection points and get asked "what is your nationality" and getting on an airplane the other day I was asked if I was a U.S. citizen by border patrol so how is it bad that they are checking for the same thing in AZ again? Idiot politicians that sue a state for enforcing federal law are making themselves look even more stupid.
