Any "real" lineman would have jumped at the chance for a free plane ticket, to settle this in person. Least ways, all of the linemen I know.
Second thing, he turned this squabble personal months ago. He is the type of person that throws personal attacks and runs and hides when confronted.
Thirdly, what is the point of calling the guy, when Mark is too fucking chicken shit to e-mail me his full name and home airport. He wont divulge that in an e-mail, what makes you think that he will on the phone?
