Duck is where he belongs, in jail. He didn't borrow money from the bank he stole it. He didn't take it for his employees or subs, he took it to feed his ego and to try and cover his a--.
What he did do was screw over the same folks that made his company. I personally lost over 700K.
Duck was (I thought) my best friend. If he would screw me and his other close friends over he would do it to anyone.
If you weren't close to the issues at Cross you don't know what was going on. Duck was on the surface a good guy. He just let his ego get the best of him.
If you think highly of Duck you can send his wife and kids some money, because he left them with nothing.
