They won't repeal it........they actually expanded it with that email reading fiasco they denied. There was enough evidence to show they were doing it. They also only objected to the original for political purposes. They could look good by they opposition and then they could use it when it passed. They will never repeal it. They are just as hypocritical as anyone else.
