All I have to provide you with is my WC policy # for either exemption or coverage. Nothing more. The OP is asking if he already has an exempted policy if you could still make him get a policy that he is covered. And the answer is no, you can't make him, but if he wants to work for you, he must fulfill your requirement(s).
