Cut cable drops at the pole ?????? and you think that open cable coming out of the tap that is probably shorted by the braid hitting the stinger is "helping each other out" ??
You do know that some systems use power passing taps to feed the RSU's I hope ?. I know most have phased that out and switched to emta's for telco but there are some left still doing it that way.
