When getting contract from prime you have to do what they request. With waver from state it means that when you get hurt on the job the state, owner and prime are not responsable if you get hurt on job. Some primes will not let you use these so the state, owner and prime cannot be sued. Workers do get hurt on the job being out in the pulbic. If you have wife and kids and something bad happens like death. Policy would take care love of ones. (wife one lump sum) (Kids once a month till 18 if they stay in school collage longer) You can never have too much insurance.
