I remember over 20 years ago, my cousin (God rest her soul) asked me a question about installing cable. She asked me what I was going to do when all the homes were installed. "Never happen." I told her. But soon after that conversation I did construction. Installs are here to stay, can't get around them. Same with construction. And while my cousin didn't mean the pay, ultimately, that is what happened.
