LOL amen brother.. out of a 10 man crew, 1 guy had a valid DL, almost everyone smoked pot, the trucks would get impounded all the time, shit my first day as a driver they sent me out in a POS telsta su34 with no reverse or e-brake and the alt was completely shot and you couldn't shut the truck off. and the first pull was on a 10% grade, i didn't even have a learners permit and never drove stick but still somehow had a job!!
