Not sure I quite understand, you install but have to do discos or just tag? I'm fulltime disco right now and do pretty good, do they pay you if the sub pays you at the door? That deal sounds a little sketchy like your employer bid on the disco contract and won but is trying to augment with installers who a are a short on work...
