it looks like someone got sick or something...if you watch to the end there is a rant about Dish dumping f***ed up jobs like this on sub-contractors...the thing with all the ground blocks is, they are not allowed to use barrels at all anymore....Im just surprised the pole was in the ground, usualy they leave it on a sled, for the subs to do...
