The last poster is correct they only specked it to 450 MHz however cable is fairly predictable and inf you multiply the frequency by 4 you basically double the loss The loss of .750 1st generation gas injected cable at channel 23 (216.12 MHz) was .903 dB per 100 feet so the loss at 865 MHz should be very close to 1.81 dB per 100 at 865 MHz.
This assuming that the cable even works out to 870 MHz I used to test RTL on all of the cable we received and I remember that the return loss went bad at about 500 MHz Bad RTL will cause ghosting and increased attenuation over the predicted slope so you almost need to sweep each length of cable. Back in the days of P1 it was not unusual to see out of band suckouts above the frequency that the cable was specked to. This problem even got worse with P2 but got a lot better whith P3 cable.
Good luck
