Been out since 2008. I remember when the local MSO paid $125 (look at my location and you'll know which one) for an EMTA upgrade and a whole house connect paid extra. I remember Comcast paying almost 160 for a triple reco with one box and everything else was extra and that was after the prime took their vig. It wasn't uncommon to get a triple reco with 2 or 3 boxes with a new drop, outlets, etc. and make over $300 for the job when new homes were being built in CT and they were all pre-wired. Those jobs were in and out 1.5 hour maybe 2 max.
