how do I turn my IM on ? Didn't realize it was off ...

Jumping right into price doesn't work with satellite - Tried it for two days and got shot away like a flea !

What I found today worked well for me was small chit chat, getting them to drop their guard, and then go into satellite benefits. You really have to push your own comfort level going from cable sales and do things you normally wouldn't - Hell I practically invited myself in to 3 houses today and it worked. Now that I think about it with cable I did that too I guess - but not in the type of homes I am knocking for sat sales.
