The way I see it I was right on.. maybe you should do your own home work or lay off the boose.
The account as I said is controlled by an arbitrator/attorney/law firm(in this case)based on the law and any previous agreed upon terms..I simply gave you a definition as you are too prejudiced to understand reason..
