Give it rest dude. you are embarrassing yourself and offending anyone capable of possessing common sense. Are you really going to sit there and argue there is no influence, furthermore it was your idea to define escrow, and the control is managed by the arbitrator no matter who opened the account.. Go ask your wife.. It will be distributed according to the law and sadly by the dominant or coerced influence, in this case.. In the real world where most of us live....
