There is always two sides to every story......I just left there and would have to say that they have made a lot of changes over the years and especially in the last three years.
Yes, you are supposed to have off shore process all custom charges. I have a way to by pass this process and it's worked thus far.
If you can document your equipment usage then you should have nothing to worry about. Even O&O tried that with me. They bank on you not keeping track.
As far as giving away poles and flat cable for free.......any job that requires such an amount that is above a reasonable amount is given back to the office to be rerolled by an in house tech.
Maybe there is a reason other than THEM!
Not sticking up for them because they all suck. At least they they don't make you rewire an entire house with Solid copper like O&O does. The stipulations are more laid back with Mastec too. No hand helds with O&O either.
